Warranty Policy – Terms & Conditions

This Warranty Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which Veenus Computers provides warranty support for products sold and services rendered. By purchasing products or availing services from Veenus Computers, customers agree to the following terms.


1. Warranty Coverage
  • Warranty is provided only for products that carry a manufacturer’s warranty.

  • The warranty period varies by product and brand and is strictly as per the manufacturer’s policy.

  • Veenus Computers acts as a facilitator for warranty claims and does not independently provide product warranties unless explicitly mentioned in writing.


2. Proof of Purchase
  • A valid invoice/bill issued by Veenus Computers is mandatory to claim warranty.

  • Warranty claims without proof of purchase will not be entertained.


3. What Is Covered

Warranty typically covers:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Hardware failures under normal usage conditions

  • Issues confirmed and approved by the manufacturer or authorized service partner

Coverage is subject to manufacturer inspection and approval.


4. What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage, cracks, or breakage

  • Liquid or moisture damage

  • Power fluctuations, electrical surges, or improper voltage

  • Burnt components due to short circuits

  • Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or tampering

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Software issues, virus infections, data loss, or OS corruption

  • Consumables such as cartridges, toners, cables, adapters, batteries (unless specified)


5. Service & Handling
  • Warranty service will be carried out only at authorized service centers or as directed by the manufacturer.

  • Transportation, pickup, and delivery charges (if applicable) are not covered under warranty unless specified by the manufacturer.

  • Customers are responsible for data backup before submitting products for service. Veenus Computers is not liable for data loss.


6. DOA (Dead on Arrival) Policy
  • DOA claims must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery (subject to brand policy).

  • DOA replacement or resolution is strictly based on manufacturer approval.


7. Service Charges
  • Diagnosis, installation, configuration, refixing, or onsite visit charges are not included under warranty unless explicitly stated.

  • Out-of-warranty or non-warranty-related issues will be chargeable.


8. Replacement & Repair
  • The manufacturer reserves the right to repair or replace defective parts or products.

  • Replacement may be with a refurbished or equivalent product as per manufacturer policy.

  • Warranty does not reset or extend after repair or replacement.


9. Third-Party Products & Software
  • Veenus Computers is not responsible for warranties on third-party software or accessories unless covered by the original manufacturer.

  • Software licenses are governed by the respective software vendor’s terms.


10. Limitation of Liability
  • Veenus Computers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of business, data, or profits.

  • Liability is limited to facilitating warranty support as per manufacturer guidelines.


11. Policy Updates
  • Veenus Computers reserves the right to modify or update this Warranty Policy at any time without prior notice.

  • The latest version published on our website shall prevail.
