Payment

Razorpay & Paytm are our payment gateway partner. Payments can be done by all Debit/Credit cards or net banking of all major banks, UPI and popular wallets including JioMoney, Mobikwik, Airtel Money, FreeCharge, Ola Money and PayZapp.

There are no hidden charges when you make a purchase on veenuscomputers.com. Prices on the product page are final and are all-inclusive. The delivery charges vary as per our shipping policy.

Return/ Refund Policy

Terms and Conditions:
We accept the return on products which were shipped out by us and if the item is faulty due to an error on our end (e.g. wrong item or damaged item). Item(s) must be returned together with proof of purchase

1. We accept return and refund request only if the product delivered by us is in damage condition, wrong product sent, product in dead condition or product is defective. Buyers will have 3 days and 7 days (7 days is applicable on purchase of a complete PC set) after delivery to inform us in case of any dispute in the order to claim for return or refund. Buyer needs to bring the issue to our attention either by emailing us (preferred) or by calling us.
2. If the seal of the product is opened and the product is not faulty then return/refund will not be applicable.
3. Return / Refund request will be cancelled if any part or accessory is missing from the product box.
4. Packaging material should be kept by the buyer until the return window is opened as this will help them to pack the product to its original form to avoid any damage during the transit.
5. Product should be packed in a proper way as it was received by the buyer, do not apply tapes or glues directly on the product or on the product box, this may lead to cancellation of your return request.
6. All the accessories which were delivered along with the product should be returned in the same way and along with the product.
7. If the payment was made through our payment gateway, then it will be refunded in same account by which the payment was done, in case of BANK TRANSFER and COD orders refunds will be done only in buyers bank account. Refunds usually takes 7-10 working days to reflect in your account.
8. 5% will be deducted from the order value/total amount if the payment was made using Bajaj EMI, this will only be applicable if the order is cancelled by the buyer.

If you have ordered multiple items, you can initiate a return/refund for any individual item. You must return the order in original and proper packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact our support team service@veenuscomputers.com for more information.
Please be informed that you have to pay the return shipping fee. No pre-paid shipping label.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

• If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
• Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time (2-5 business days) before a refund is posted.
• If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at service@veenuscomputes.com

Cancel order Charge:

You can only cancel your order within 8 hours from purchasing time on the same day. Please be informed that a management, processing and transaction fee (7% of your total order value) will be applied for the cancellation

• Refund request for your order will be honoured as following:
• 100% Refund: If request received before the order is dispatched and payment done via Bank Transfer.
• 97.5% Refund: If request received before the order is dispatched and payment done via Payment Gateway. Payment Gateway fee will be deducted as they won’t refund their fee after the transaction is successful. Checkout their policy here.
• 93% refund – If request received after the order is dispatched.
• No Refund: If the item is delivered and you no longer need/require the item although the item is working perfectly.

 We only issue a refund and allow return if the costumer case has met the conditions stated above.
