Veenus Computers is seeking a skilled Desktop Support Engineer to provide on-site and remote technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, networks, and software applications. The role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, ensuring smooth IT operations, and delivering timely technical assistance to clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals

Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and operating system issues

Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients

Perform system upgrades, OS installations, and software deployments

Troubleshoot basic LAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity issues

Maintain service reports, documentation, and asset records

Coordinate with vendors and OEM support for warranty and repairs

Ensure data security, backups, and antivirus updates

Deliver prompt and professional customer service
Required Skills

Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and basic networking

Hands-on experience with desktop/laptop hardware troubleshooting

Understanding of printers, scanners, and peripheral devices

Basic knowledge of LAN, TCP/IP, routers, and switches

Familiarity with antivirus, backup tools, and system security

Good communication and customer-handling skills

Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Working Experience

Freshers with strong technical knowledge may also apply
Educational Qualification

Diploma / Bachelorโs Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
