Working Experience

  • 1โ€“3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management

  • Experience in IT hardware, software, services, or system integration is preferred

  • Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also apply


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and retail clients

  • Understand customer requirements and propose suitable IT products and services

  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up for order closures

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

  • Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and service delivery

  • Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities

  • Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activities in CRM

  • Participate in meetings, exhibitions, and business events as required


Educational Qualification

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, IT, or a related field

  • MBA or Sales & Marketing certification will be an added advantage
