Roles & Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals
-
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and retail clients
-
Understand customer requirements and propose suitable IT products and services
-
Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up for order closures
-
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
-
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and service delivery
-
Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities
-
Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activities in CRM

Participate in meetings, exhibitions, and business events as required
Educational Qualification

Bachelorโs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, IT, or a related field

MBA or Sales & Marketing certification will be an added advantage
