Troubleshooting Guide (Step-by-Step)
If your desktop computer has no sound, it may be caused by simple settings, driver issues, or hardware problems. Follow the step-by-step troubleshooting guide below to identify and fix the issue.
1. Check Speaker Connections
First ensure the speakers are properly connected.
Steps:

Make sure the speaker power is ON.

Check the audio cable connected to the Green port on the desktop.

Ensure speakers are plugged into power outlet.

Try connecting the speaker to another device to test.
2. Check Volume Settings
Sometimes the system volume may be muted.
Steps:

Click the speaker icon on the taskbar.

Ensure Mute is OFF.

Increase the volume level.

Check application volume settings.
3. Select the Correct Audio Device
Windows may select the wrong playback device.
